Go to the Register page and fill in your mobile number or email address, choose a password and confirm your age. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) on your registered mobile number to verify the account. Once confirmed, your account is active and you can make your first PKR deposit. The whole process takes about two minutes.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on 999ab. This is a strict requirement and applies to all players regardless of the games they wish to play. If your account is found to belong to a minor, it will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

No. Each player is allowed only one account on 999ab. Creating multiple accounts violates the Terms and Conditions and can result in all associated accounts being closed, with any balances forfeited. Mobile number changes require identity verification for security reasons. Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and request a number change. You will need to verify both the old number (if accessible) and the new one via OTP. If you have lost access to the old number entirely, contact live chat support with your account details for manual verification.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive incorrect password attempts. Wait five to ten minutes and try again. If the account remains locked, contact our live chat support team. They can verify your identity and unlock the account immediately. Do not attempt to create a new account while yours is locked — that will create a duplicate account violation.
Deposits & Withdrawals
