999ab Platform Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999ab ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the 999ab website at 999ab.vin and all associated mobile applications, services, games and features.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 999ab platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 999ab. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

2Eligibility

To register and use the 999ab platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the 999ab platform. Duplicate accounts, whether registered in the same name or under different names associated with the same device, mobile number, JazzCash or Easypaisa account, bank account, or home address, are strictly prohibited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your real full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. You must keep this information current — please update your account details promptly if any of them change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password or OTP codes with any other person. 999ab will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This typically includes a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, where necessary, proof of the payment method you use. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be restricted from withdrawals until the process is finalised.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on 999ab are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet, near-instant credit
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, near-instant credit
• Raast — State Bank of Pakistan instant transfer infrastructure
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfer, processing times vary
• Debit/Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard accepted
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile payment methods

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier at the time of deposit. These may vary by payment method. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

You must only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' JazzCash or Easypaisa accounts — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.

999ab reserves the right to request source-of-funds information for large deposits as part of our fraud prevention and platform integrity procedures. This is not a reflection on individual players and is a standard platform practice.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised fund transfers.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the cashier. Requests below the minimum will not be processed.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on inter-bank processing. We aim to process all approved withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where account activity appears unusual. This is for the protection of all players on the platform.

6Bonuses & Promotions

999ab offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins and special event promotions tied to Cricket seasons, PSL, and other events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for each bonus is specified on the relevant offer page. You must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) the specified number of times before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in the individual bonus terms.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped. The cap, if applicable, is stated in the specific bonus terms.

999ab reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means — including creating multiple accounts to claim a first-deposit offer more than once — the bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited and the accounts involved will be closed.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 999ab platform — slots, live casino tables, table games, crash games and others — are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By playing any game on the platform, you agree to the rules of that game.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealing and spinning under controlled studio conditions. 999ab does not interfere with game outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game round, the round outcome will be determined based on the game provider's server records. Where a round cannot be resolved due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated from a clearly erroneous payout — for example, a software fault that caused an impossible win — will not be paid out and the affected rounds will be voided.

• Playing two or more accounts simultaneously to gain an advantage over the system or other players is prohibited.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to manipulate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round, as displayed within each game.

8Sports Betting

The 999ab sports betting section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series), Football, Esports and other major sports. Bets are accepted pre-match and in-play where available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is placed and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play betting: In-play odds update continuously. 999ab reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time — for example, during a wicket, a rain delay, or a VAR review — without prior notice.
• Match postponement or abandonment: If a Cricket match or other sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the minimum required play has been completed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• Obvious errors: If odds are published due to a clear error (for example, a team listed at 1000/1 when they are the strong favourite), 999ab reserves the right to void bets placed on those odds regardless of the match outcome.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per day apply, as displayed in the sportsbook. Bets exceeding the maximum will be accepted up to the maximum liability only.

For PSL and other Cricket markets, full market-specific rules are available within the sportsbook interface. Where there is any ambiguity in the settlement of a market, 999ab's decision is final.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 999ab platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform in ways not intended for genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or staff members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 999ab staff or other users of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the platform.

10Account Suspension & Closure

999ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time period after being requested to do so.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Requests from the player themselves — for example, as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request.
• Extended period of account inactivity (accounts that have had no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months may be classed as inactive).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after due verification.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact the support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and the account will be restricted from login.

11Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999ab's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of verified real-money deposits held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

999ab is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from technical faults beyond our reasonable control. This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

14Changes to These Terms

999ab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the 999ab platform after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss closing your account and withdrawing any available balance.
